Trump “The Twittiot” May Be Insane, But He’s Not Alone

While “Trump ‘The Twittiot’ May be Insane” is a bold assertion for those with less than stellar credentials in the field of psychology or psychiatry, we’re standing by that assessment based upon the President-elect’s own bizarre behaviors and middle of the night tweets. Besides, since we’re unaware of any laws requiring individuals seeking public office to be certified mentally fit for the job, one can only observe these “characters” carefully for oddities in their conduct. Just because Trump rants and raves online and not in the streets like normal crazy people, doesn’t make him any less screwy. And if he is a tad unhinged, it’s a safe bet Donald Trump will attract and appoint people of his same twisted mindset. Please, allow us to explain.

We’ve noticed The Twittiot’s tweets have not only become more reckless, senseless and completely without merit, but his latest, alleging millions voted illegally for Hillary Clinton, only undermines his own election victory. If Donald Trump actually believes wide spread voter fraud took place during the general election, then he, as the winner, is inviting the country to question the legitimacy of his presidency. Anyone in their right mind would STFU, let it go and move on. It’s not like he has nothing else to do. If this isn’t insane, at the very least, it qualifies as odd conduct in our view.

When Donald Trump tweeted anybody burning or desecrating the flag should be stripped of their citizenship and jailed for the act, we thought those consequences to be rather draconian and over the top, considering heretofore burning and or desecrating the flag is constitutionally protected free speech. He should know these things. And if he does, but doesn’t care, we’d say that’s disturbing because only a disturbed individual would react that way. Think about it. Not only would he put you in jail for a year, but you’d have to leave the country when you got out. Where would you go? Where would he send you? Since he’s obviously not thinking this shit through, saner minds may have to do it for him, because it actually gets worse.

When Donald Trump met with Mitt Romney for dinner last night, presumably to chat about Romney’s chances to be appointed Secretary of State, Trump’s staunchest critic and inspiration to the never Trump movement had the following to say: “What I’ve seen through these discussions I’ve had with President-elect Trump, as well as what we’ve seen in his speech on the night of his victory, as well as the people he’s selected as part of his transition — all of those things combined give me increasing hope that President-elect Trump is the man who can lead us to that better future.” This from the same man who called Donald Trump a crook, a liar, a con artist, a fake, a fraud and unfit to lead anybody, anywhere. In our view, Mitt Romney is displaying odd conduct, too. Wouldn’t you say? Again, if this ain’t some crazy shit, it’ll suffice for now, because it actually gets worse when we look in the rearview mirror.

When Donald Trump let it be known that he was considering former mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani for Attorney General, we experienced an uneasy suspicion that something was not quite right. Notwithstanding the fact that Giuliani actually looks and sounds like a creep, lisping when he speaks and stooped-over à la the hunchback of Notre Dame, but Rudy was one of Donald Trump’s staunchest supporters during the campaign. Unlike Romney, Rudy heard Trump’s racist, sexist, xenophobic, misogynistic fear-mongering dog whistle messages and was happy to defend every word. The overbearing egotist who introduced state sponsored thuggery to the NYPD was a crazy choice by any measure. Perhaps it’s true when they say, “birds of a feather, flock together.”

The country may not remember, but Rudy Giuliani aka America’s Mayor, was considered to be a bit of a pompous prick, once being described by famed columnist Jimmy Breslin, as ” …a small man in search of a balcony”. Think about what that means. Rudy ran Tyrant Town so hard, many Black and Latino men still experience nightmares of the NYPD rummaging through their pockets as they try to sleep at night. When New Yorkers took to the streets to demand change, America’s mayor doubled down, taking his oppressive, unconstitutional and despotic policies to the next level. To know this rabid law dog is frothing at the mouth to bring his brand of enforcing compliance to the rest of the country, without acknowledging the underlying madness in his methods, would be crazy. And we’re not crazy. We’ve been certified.

Bottom line: Had Americans done their due diligence in the case of Donald Trump, the country would’ve immediately discovered glaring warnings and red flags of mental instability. And even those who did, failed to accept and alert others of their findings. Therefore, it’s time to start asking the tough questions, because America may have just allowed the crazies to take charge of the asylum. Have we put a loaded gun in the crib? Have we put our children on a school bus without seat belts with a maniac behind the wheel? Have we stupidly gotten on a plane with a slurring pilot? Have we given nuclear weapons to a man with a child-like mind? If so, we’re in for one hell of a whacky ride for the next four years and there’s no way to predict who’ll be able to survive the trip.
